Asian Capital
Asian Capital is a Corporate Finance house, based in Hong Kong and
is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to
conduct dealing in securities, advising on securities, advising
on corporate finance and asset management. Since its establishment
in 1998. Asian Capital has grown rapidly in response to business and client
demands. In 2006, Phillip Capital Group became a shareholder which adds considerable strength and diversity to the network, product and capability of Asian Capital.
Having established amongst the leaders in the Corporate Finance field
in Hong Kong, we are active in providing a wide range of corporate finance
services, particularly in the areas
of mergers and acquisitions, debt and corporate restructuring and
fund raising.
Asian Capital has a strong team with diverse expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate workouts and asset management. The integration
of skills, knowledge, experience and connections amongst its shareholders,
directors and management staff enables Asian Capital to provide a
high level of service tailored to meet the specific needs of each

Our Expansion
The implementation of the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement
between Hong Kong and PRC, the entry of the PRC into the World Trade
Organisation and the increasing business and client demands for
China investment and assets have directed our corporate development leading to our presence in China through the establishment of an
office in Shanghai in 2004. This expansion reflects the confidence of Asian
Capital's Directors that the PRC offers exciting opportunities for
the future development of our corporate finance businesses in tandem
with the business activities of our clients.
