Litigation support and Distressed asset recovery

Asian Capital Group provides services in litigation support and recovery in respect of distressed assets. These services mainly involve the Group assisting in collecting, collating and analysing information and formulating strategies which support its clients in the asset recovery process.

The Group provides litigation support and distressed asset recovery services in situations where the companies involved are in liquidation in Hong Kong and in the PRC. The Group also provides follow-on services to assist its clients to make claims and/or recover assets. Where the companies involved are in liquidation, the situation is complex, and where the claim is in the PRC, the Group may acquire the claims, the assets and pursue other steps as needed to facilitate recovery. In the year 2007, the Group set up companies to undertake engagements in acquiring debts and claims outside and within Hong Kong.
