COMPANY SECRETARY

Ms. Elsa P.Y. LI, company secretary, joined Asian Capital Group in 2008. She is a senior manager of Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited. Ms. Li holds a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and is a member of CPA Australia and HKICPA. Before joining the Group, she worked in the professional field of insolvency and restructuring. She is licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on type 1 (dealing in securities) and type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities and has experience in compulsory liquidations, provisional liquidations, schemes of arrangement, corporate advisory, asset recovery and investigations. Since joining the Group, apart from taking up the role of company secretary, Ms. Li has taken on assignments including advising on corporate finance activities, corporate resumption, IPO project, litigation support and distressed asset recovery.
