EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Larry H.L. CHAN, an executive director and the compliance officer of the Company, joined Asian Capital Group in 2009. His principal responsibilities are the provision of corporate finance advice to clients and management of the transaction teams of the Group. He is a Responsible Officer of Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited licensed by the SFC. Mr. Chan is a chartered accountant, a fellow member of the HKICPA and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He holds the following academic qualifications: a bachelor of commerce and administration degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand awarded in 1987; a master of business administration degree (with distinction) from University of Warwick, the U.K. awarded in 2000; and a master of science degree in hotel and tourism management (with distinction) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University awarded in 2009.

Mr. Chan worked as an accountant for two commercial banks in New Zealand before returning to Hong Kong in 1992 when he entered into the corporate advisory services industry. He has a regulatory background with in-depth knowledge of the Listing Rules, the GEM Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code, having joined the Corporate Finance Division of the SFC in 1994 where he spent over 13 years with his last position held as a director.

Mr. Chan rejoined the corporate advisory services industry in December 2007. He is a speaker on Takeovers Code.
