Lawrence
Xin
Chairman
Mr. Xin successfully completed his postgraduate studies
in Economics at Beijing University between 1978 and 1980
and became a visiting scholar at the Waseda University,
Japan between 1980 and 1983, an honorary research associate
at the University of British Columbia, Canada during 1983
and 1984 and a visiting fellow at the Australia National
University, Australia in 1985. He is an independent investor
with over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking
in the PRC, Hong Kong and Australia. He was a Senior Financial
Adviser to Potter Warburg, Australia from 1985 to 1989
and Hambros, Australia, from 1993 to 1996. He was also
a Justice of Peace at New South Wales in Australia. His
background in the PRC particularly Beijing provides excellent
relationship advantages for many of Asian Capital's clients.
Mr. Xin sits on the boards of several listed companies
in Hong Kong and overseas.

Patrick
K.C. Yeung
Managing Director
Mr. Yeung's vast general and financial management experience
covers many different industry sectors in diversified
conglomerates in Hong Kong and Asia. Since 1985, he has
focused on the areas of banking, merchant banking, securities
and listed corporations. While a director with the Asian
merchant banking and stock-broking units of the Standard
Chartered Banking Group, where he spent a total of 8 years,
Asia Money named him a "Merchant Banker of the Year"
in 1990.
Apart from being a fellow member of several professional
bodies in the United Kingdom and in Hong Kong, Mr. Yeung
was a Council member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants
(now Hong Kong Institute of CPAs) for 8 years. He has
been elected President of CPA Australia's Hong Kong China
Division for 2005/06. Apart from professional activities,
he was appointed by the Hong Kong Government to be a member
of the Insider Dealing Tribunal, two Investment Advisory
Committees and Advisory Committee on Travel Agents.
Mr.Yeung is a member of the Advisory Boards of three universities
in Hong Kong and is an Adjunct Professor in the School
of Accounting and Finance with the Hong Kong Polytechnic
University, and more recently, is appointed as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Accounting & Finance of the university.
Also, he is currently the Treasurer and member
of the Council of Lingnan University. He also served
as the President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong in 2005/6,
and is currently an Assistant Governor (Area 2) of Rotary International District 3450
comprising Hong Kong, Macao and Mongolia.

Gerard J.
McMahon

Mr. McMahon
has been admitted to practise as a barrister in Hong Kong
and New South Wales, Australia, having originally commenced
his legal career in Australia in 1969. In the 25 years
he has been in Hong Kong, he has been the head of the
Government's Commercial Law Practice prior to his appointment
as the first Chief Counsel, and subsequently as a member,
of the Securities and Futures Commission. He has been
a member of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Panel
and Legal Advisor to Hong Kong's Securities Review Committee
and Insider Dealing Tribunal. He was also the Commission's
representative on the Hong Kong Standing Committee on
Company Law Reform. Since leaving the Commission at the
end of 1996, he has been appointed director in publicly
listed companies in Hong Kong and overseas, including
Hong Kong's best known stockbroker, Sun Hung Kai &
Co., Limited and the Hong Kong Chinese Bank. Since 1999,
he has been a director of Guangnan (Holdings) Limited,
which is part of the Guangdong Enterprises Group. He has
also been Commissioner (non-executive director) of PT
Ciptadana Sekuritas, one of Jakarta's leading stock-broking
houses, and is presently the Chairman of Indonesian Growth
Fund Limited, the leading Indonesian external fund. He
is also Chairman of Oriental Technologies Investment Limited,
which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.Mr. McMahon
is a co-author of Longman's The Essential Guide to the
Hong Kong Takeovers and Share Repurchases Codes, and has
lectured at the University of Hong Kong and contributed
articles to various professional publications. He has
also been a director of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors
Limited.
