Moises Bernardo, Project Director

Moises is an expert in banking related areas. In Asian Capital, he has been involved in a number of financial work out situation for clients involving listed companies.

Moises was educated in Macau and Hong Kong, and has over 40 years experience in international and commercial banking. He worked with various institutions including the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, Bank of America and Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura and has extensive experience in financial institutions relationship management, operations management, loan portfolio management and non-performing loan accounts administration.

Tony Sun, Manager

Tony obtained his first degree in Economics from the Beijing University, and worked in China Merchants Bank in Chongqing for over 2 years. He came to Hong Kong, took and graduated from the University of Hong Kong with MBA and Master of Arts in China Development Studies. He joined Asian Capital in 2005 and left in 2008 for CCB International Capital Limited before rejoining Asian Capital in the beginning of 2009.

Ida Yu, Manager

Ida graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai, PRC with a bachelor degree in International Trade. After having worked in Bank of China in Shanghai, PRC, she came to Hong Kong and obtained a MBA from the University of Hong Kong before joining Asian Capital, and has since been involved in executing listed companies restructuring and general offer assignments.

Elsa Li, Manager

Elsa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She is a member of CPA, Australia. Before joining Asian Capital, she worked in the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and was in the professional field of insolvency and restructuring. She had experience in compulsory liquidations, provisional liquidations, schemes of arrangement, corporate advisory, asset recovery and investigations.

Alan Lee, Assistant Manager

Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Before joining Asian Capital, he worked in various multi-national banks, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of loan syndication transactions in the Greater China region. In respect of corporate finance experience, he had worked in a local consultancy firm specializing in corporate finance advisory, and has been involved in a number of IPO, corporate restructuring and financial advisory transactions.

Tina Chu, Assistant Manager

Tina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Before joining Asian Capital, having gained audit experience for 3 years in two Big Four accounting firms, she worked for several years in a Japanese Corporate Finance house involving herself in various projects including Main Board & GEM Board listing, M&A transactions and pre-IPO investments.

Maurice Ying, Assistant Manager

Maurice graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Before joining Asian Capital, he worked in the assurance department of two Big Four accounting firms, specializing in IPO audit.

Joseph Lam, Associate

Joseph graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Before joining Asian Capital, he worked in the Assurance Department of a Big Four accounting firm, involving in statutory audit of listed companies and IPO audit projects.

David Lo, Associate

David graduated from the University of Hong Kong, major in Civil Engineering. He served as a business analyst in a listed financial services provider in Hong Kong and is experienced in financial and valuation modeling. Previously, he also gained research experience in a global financial database company.

Jimmy Lai, Associate

Jimmy graduated from the Ryerson University in Canada with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and obtained a MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining Asian Capital, he worked in a local corporate finance consultancy firm specializing in corporate finance advisory, and was involved in a number of projects including the executions of listed companies fund raising activities, general offer assignments and M&A transactions.

Amie holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. Before joining Asian Capital, she worked in Bank of Queensland Limited, Australia for three years, with responsibilities in business development, customer services, loan approval and branch compliance.

Yuki Tong, Executive Assistant

Yuki graduated from Xi Hua University, Chengdu, with a bachelor degree in Computer Science. Before joining Asian Capital, she worked as an Account Manager in Gain Capital Group, a leading provider of online foreign exchange (forex) trading, involving in business development, client relationship and account maintenance.
