Patrick Yeung

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Patrick Yeung is the Chief Executive Officer and responsible officer of Asian Capital, having founded our predecessor Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited back in 1998. He has extensive experience in managing diversified conglomerates in Hong Kong and Asia. Earlier in his career, he was for several years an executive director of the Hong Kong merchant banking and Asian stock broking units of the Standard Chartered Banking Group.

Mr. Yeung is currently the Vice Chairman of the Council and a member of the Court of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, having previously served as its Treasurer for five years. He also serves as the Chairman of Joint Committee on Student Finance. Mr. Yeung is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Accounting and Finance, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and also affiliated with various universities, tertiary institutions, professional bodies and non-profit organisations. Mr. Yeung served as a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants for eight years; he was also the President of CPA Australia’s Greater China Division in 2005 and now serves as its honorary adviser. He was previously the President of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Hong Kong and of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong. Mr. Yeung was conferred an honorary fellow by Lingnan University in 2008, and is a Chapter Honoree, Lingnan University Chapter, Beta Gamma Sigma. Having served for six years on its council as Treasurer, he is now the Chairman of Faculty of Business Advisory Board. He is also an independent non-executive director of PICC (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Mr. Yeung graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and later obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Yeung also holds an insolvency specialist qualification from CPA Australia.
Lawrence Xin

Non-Executive Chairman
Mr. Lawrence Xin is the Non-Executive Chairman of Asian Capital. He is an economist with over twenty years of experience in investment banking in the PRC, Hong Kong and Australia.

Mr. Xin is currently a partner of Themes Investment Management Limited; an independent non-executive director of Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited (stock code: 1168), Central China Real Estate Limited (stock code: 832) and Beijing Sports and Entertainment Industry Group Limited (stock code: 1803), all listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and a director of Daikokuya Holdings Co. Ltd., a public company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Mr. Xin was previously honorary chairman and non-executive director of Asian Capital Holdings Limited (now known as Kingwisoft Technology Group Company Limited (stock code: 8295), Chairman of Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited and an adviser to the Chairman of Guangdong Capital Holdings Limited.

Mr. Xin was a postgraduate from Peking University. He was a research associate at Waseda University, an honorary research associate at the University of British Columbia and a visiting fellow at the University of Adelaide. He was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales of Australia in 1991.
Billy Wong

Executive Director
Mr. Billy Wong is the Deputy Chief Executive and responsible officer of Asian Capital. He has extensive experience in all areas of capital markets and in advising corporate clients across a wide variety of industries in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Wong graduated from University of London and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree and Master of Laws degree, specialising in Laws of International Finance and Securities Regulations. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Law and Accounting. Mr. Wong attended the College of Law in London and is a dual qualified lawyer in England & Wales and New York. He also completed the Corporate Finance Programme and Program of Instruction for Lawyers at the London Business School and Harvard Law School respectively.

Mr. Wong is affiliated with various universities and professional bodies and is a fellow of Chartered Management Institute; Royal Society of Arts; SALS, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London and Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He was awarded corporate finance specialist qualification by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in recognition of his expertise and experience in the field. Mr. Wong also served as the Chairman of Department of Religion and Philosophy Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Baptist University.
Joseph Lam

Mr. Joseph Lam is an executive director and responsible officer of Asian Capital. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Asian Capital and its businesses.

Mr. Lam holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master of Laws degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation awarded by the CFA Institute. Prior to joining Asian Capital in 2008, he worked in the Assurance Department in KPMG, covering statutory audit of listed companies and IPO projects. Mr. Lam is currently an Executive Committee member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has also served as a mentor in the mentorship programme of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chung Chi College, the Chinese University of Hong Kong for many years.
Louis Hau

Mr. Louis Hau is an executive director and responsible officer of Asian Capital. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Asian Capital and its businesses.

Mr. Hau obtained a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and obtained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Mr. Hau is also an independent non-executive director of Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited (stock code: 1710). Prior to joining Asian Capital, he served in the financial advisory division of KPMG.
Kai Nang Chan

Senior Adviser
Mr. KN Chan is a Senior Adviser of Asian Capital. He had a distinguished career with more than 45 years of experience working with both local and multinational companies in different business sectors ranging from manufacturing, property development, railway transportation to construction.

Mr. Chan was an executive director of Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited (formerly known as K. Wah Construction Materials Limited) (stock code: 27) and was also the managing director of K. Wah Construction Materials Limited until his retirement in 2008. He continued to serve as an adviser of K. Wah Construction Materials Limited between 2008 and 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Chan was the deputy chief executive of the Land Development Corporation (now known as Urban Renewal Authority).

Mr. Chan is currently an independent non-executive director of PanAsialum Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 2078) and Soundwill Holdings Limited (stock code: 878). He was previously an independent non-executive director of Asian Capital Holdings Limited (now known as Kingwisoft Technology Group Company Limited) (stock code: 8295).

Mr. Chan obtained a Diploma in Management Studies from University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s degree of Laws from University of London. He also completed Senior Transport Management Program of Ashridge Centre (England) for Transport Management and Senior Executive Program of Stanford University. Mr. Chan is a fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants (now known as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (formerly known as The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants).
Anthony Lau

Mr. Anthony Lau is a Senior Adviser of Asian Capital. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising and has been managing marketing strategy development, brand building and product development, as well as customer acquisition and retention strategies for various leading financial institutions.

Mr. Lau has held various senior executive positions in a number of banks including Senior Consultant of Ping An Bank; Marketing Head, Credit Cards of Bank of Communication; and Head of Advertising and Branding, Asia Pacific Region of HSBC. He was previously the Chief Representative of Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited Shanghai office

Mr. Lau graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science in Management Studies degree. He also obtained Master of Business Administration degree and Master of Science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was named Internationalists of the year by The Internationalist magazine in 2010 and was the Chairman of The Hong Kong Advertisers Association.
Andrew Tsui

Honorary Adviser
Mr. Andrew Tsui is an Honorary Adviser of Asian Capital. He has over three decades of executive search experience, recruiting Board members and C level executives for public corporations, academic institutions and not-for-profit organizations. He is also active in the local corporate, financial and government sectors in Hong Kong.

Mr. Tsui is the Chairman, Hong Kong & Southern China of Korn Ferry. He previously worked in the financial services sector as Vice President of Irving Trust Company (now known as New York Bank) and of Sun Hung Kai Securities Group. Earlier in his career, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was also an independent non-executive director of Asian Capital Holdings Limited (now known as Kingwisoft Technology Group Company Limited) (stock code: 8295).

Mr. Tsui holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
William Wong

Mr. William Wong is a Senior Adviser of Asian Capital and Managing Director of Asian Capital Asset Management Limited. He has over 40 years of experience in managing commercial banks, investment banks and securities firms in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Mr. Wong has held various senior executive positions in a number of securities firms, commercial banks and investment banks in Hong Kong and abroad including Director and Chief Controller of CCB International Capital (CCBI); Director and Head of Corporate and Institutions of Phillip Securities (Hong Kong), Director and Head of Institutional Sales of Tai Fook Securities, General Manager of Bankers Trust Brokerage & Associates Pte and Managing Director of Indosuez Asia Limited, Singapore, etc. He was previously also a director of Asian Capital (Corporate Finance) Limited.

Mr. Wong served as the first director for the Asian Pacific region of the Association of International Bond Dealers between 1984 and 1988.
Angela Wong

Ms. Angela Wong is a Senior Adviser of Asian Capital and Managing Director of Asian Capital Asset Management Limited. She has over 30 years of experience in the securities and asset management industry and has held various senior executive positions in a number of securities and asset management firms, including Haitong International, BOA International Securities and Billion Capital Partners.

Ms. Wong obtained a Master of Science degree with class award at Edinburgh Napier University.
Carol Yuen

Ms. Carol Yuen is a Managing Director in the Institutional Advisory Division of Asian Capital. She has over 20 years of experience in the international financial sector and has extensive experience in the fields of investment banking and asset management.

Ms. Yuen graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She also obtained Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong and Master of Studies degree in History from University of Cambridge. She is also a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).

Prior to joining Asian Capital, Ms. Yuen was an Executive Director, Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (Asia). She is a Board Member of McGill University’s Asia Advisory Group and a Bye Fellow of Wolfson College, University of Cambridge.
Annie Tse

Dr Annie Tse is a Managing Director in the Institutional Advisory Division of Asian Capital Consulting (Shenzhen) Limited. She has extensive experience in the fields of M&A advisory and asset management.

Dr Tse obtained a Bachelor degree in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She also obtained a Master in Business Administration degree in Warwick University and a doctorate degree in Business Administration from University of Atlanta. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Prior to joining Asian Capital, Dr Tse was a Partner, M&A, Corporate Finance Advisory of Deloitte China and has held various senior management positions in a number of asset management firms. She was also a visiting scholar of post-doctoral fellowship joint program administered by Stanford University, California State University, Monterey Bay and University of California at Berkeley.
Elaine Lu

Ms. Elaine Lu is an Associate Director in the Institutional Advisory Division of Asian Capital. She has considerable experience in managing the execution of various transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity fund raising activities, corporate resumptions, IPO projects and as compliance adviser for Hong Kong listed companies.

Ms. Lu graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in Accountancy and obtained a Master of Finance degree from The University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Prior to joining Asian Capital, she worked in the Assurance Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers and a specialist restructuring, insolvency and forensic accounting firm.
Yvonne Ng

Ms. Yvonne Ng is a Director in the Corporate Finance Division and responsible officer of Asian Capital. She has extensive experience in the field of corporate finance and advising on various IPOs and corporate finance transactions.

Ms. Ng graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering. She also obtained Master of Social Science degree in Global Political Economy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Asian Capital, Ms. Ng was a Director and responsible officer of a corporate finance house in Hong Kong.
Catherine Wang

Ms. Catherine Wang is a Director in the Corporate Finance Division of Asian Capital and a Director of Asian Capital Asset Management Limited. She is responsible for origination and client coverage in the Corporate Finance Division and advising clients on various transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity fund raising activities, corporate restructuring and resumption, IPO projects and compliance adviser for Hong Kong listed companies.

She obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Management from University of Sheffield. Prior to joining Asian Capital, She worked in HSBC and a private equity firm in mainland China.
Tsz Chung Pang

Mr. TC Pang is a Director in the Corporate Finance Division and responsible officer of Asian Capital. He is responsible for origination and client coverage of the Corporate Finance Division at Asian Capital.

Mr. Pang obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering with Business Management from City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Asian Capital, Mr. Pang was a Director and responsible officer of a corporate finance house in Hong Kong and has considerable experience in advising on various IPOs and corporate finance advisory transactions.
Melvin Ng

Mr. Melvin Ng is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance Division of Asian Capital. Mr. Ng graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor degree of Science in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Asian Capital, he worked in a leading supplier of FinTech products and services.
